Start by submitting this form with your details, photos, and expected price. Then visit a Candidmen store with the physical garments. Our team reviews each piece in person and lists only approved items on our preloved sale. You receive payment once an item sells.

How do I hand over my products?

You must bring the physical products to a Candidmen store yourself — we do not collect from your home. After you submit this form, our team contacts you with the nearest store and visit details. Approval happens only after we inspect the actual garment in store.

When and how do I get paid?

After your piece passes in-store review, is listed, and sells on our preloved sale, you receive your payment in one settlement — no partial payouts.

What condition should items be in?

Bring clean, wearable men's formalwear. Mention any wear & tear in this form and in your photos, and show the same when you visit — our team checks the physical garment before approving it for listing.

Are there any charges?

Our team explains the applicable service fee during the in-store review, before your product is approved and listed, so you know what you will receive.
